s an extra virgin olive oil not filtered and packaged just after its production.
This allows him to obtain a bouquet of strong aromas and flavors as well as a greater charge of antioxidants, polyphenols and vitamin E.
Its veiled appearance is due to the presence of micro particles of olive’s pulp which, over time, can deposit on the bottom of the bottle due to the natural decantation and a possible temperature variation.
